- 3 cups cooked white rice
- 1/4 cup dried wood ear mushroom, soak in water, then thinly slice
- 1/4 cup dried shiitake mushroom (as above)
- 1 cup bean thread (also called crystal vermicelli, transparent thin noodle), soak in water, then cut into 2-inch or 5-centimer sections
- 1 cup vegan ham (or fried tofu), cut into strings
- 2 tablespoons chopped leek (or spring onion)
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt (or mushroom seasoning)
- 2 tablespoons vegan butter
- 3 tablespoons Maggi (or soy sauce, liquid aminos)
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 sprigs of cilantro for garnish
- 1 claypot (optional)

Nguyên liệu:
- 3 chén cơm hạt dài
- 1/4 chén mộc nhĩ (nấm mèo), ngâm mềm, thái sợi
- 1/4 chén nấm đông cô, ngâm mềm, thái sợi
- 1 chén miến (bún tàu), ngâm mềm, cắt khúc khoảng nửa gang tay
- 1 chén chả lụa chay (hoặc đậu hủ chiên), thái sợi
- 2 muỗng canh boa-rô
- 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn
- 1 muỗng cà-phê muối biển (hoặc hạt nêm)
- 2 muỗng canh bơ thực vật
- 3 muỗng canh Maggi (hoặc nước tương, liquid aminos)
- 1 muỗng canh tiêu
- 2 cọng ngò trang hoàng
- 1 nồi đất (nếu có)
